4. A competency certificate issued pursuant to this Regulation is deemed to have been issued pursuant to the Regulation respecting the issuance of competency certificates (chapter R-20, r. 5). The fees exigible under that Regulation apply to the corresponding operations carried out pursuant to this Regulation, with the necessary modifications.
